By bringing people together they can share their knowledge and expertise about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, so everyone can decide for themselves if and how to get involved and invested.

Meetups

We like the meetup platform because it brings people together that share the same passion, hobby and interest. It’s well known internationally so also expats and people who visit Eindhoven can join us.

Blockchain

Blockchain is often suggested to become as game-changing as the internet, and is referred to by some as ‘Web 3.0’. Blockchain is used in different fields and domains but is most famous for its use in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Many technical buzzwords are rapidly becoming hot in news and conversation.

The stage is ours! You, me and those around us. Looking how valuable the TED stage has become by letting experts and passionate people share their story.

Bitcoin & other Crypto

Bitcoin was the first and best known implementation of a cryptocurrency using Blockchain technology. It has billions of dollars worth of capital invested in it, but many other and new cryptocurrencies are available; either focusing on the financial part of it, or using the (utility) tokens to develop new business models and broader use-cases than simple decentralized money exchange.

Workshops

Sometimes a 30-minute presentation simply isn’t enough to convey the message. Sometimes simply listening to speakers only triggers more questions. In those cases a hands-on workshop allows for more attention and a deep-dive into a certain topic.

Eindhoven

Eindhoven as the “smartest region in the world” with companies like ASML and NXP, the High Tech Campus and the TU/e has a very high ‘nerd-to-normal’ ratio. Eindhoven is where the early adopters should unite their brainpower and collaborate to stay onboard the blockchain-train and lead others into the beautiful unknown.

Anni Panagiotopoulou

Co-host & Public Relations

Anni is passionate about technology and strategizing on how to integrate its applications to change the world. An engineer and supply chain consultant by education, she is working on the cross of blockchain and logistics. Also a star in bringing people together.

Sander van Laar

Co-host & Blockchain adept

Sander is a blockchain consultant and entrepreneur, working on and in blockchain projects. Always looking for opportunities to apply this fascinating technology to problems needing DLT or blockchain solutions.
